My name is Charlotte Taylor and I've been involved in working with animals for 22 years. I also have a few of my own who keep me well and truly on my toes! My furry family consists of:

  Shine my tri-colour Collie an excellent teaching dog for our Dog to Dog Socialisation Programme
 
  Four cats * Prudence an Oriental Longhair, Eric a Balinese, Mowser an Eygptian Mau and
  Paddy a Siamese Cross

  Eight chickens, 4 of which are from The British Hen Welfare Trust 

  A 4 month old African Grey Parrot called Pennie

I trained for my BTEC NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN ANIMAL CARE at Sparsholt College Hampshire, near Winchester and completed the course with 8 Distinctions and 5 Merits. If you'd like to see what the course involved click here.

I worked as a cattery manager for several years and have experience with kittening cats and also whelping dogs.
