Once you have decided to entrust The Pawfessionals to look after your animals then you may want to know what happens next.

We will arrange a suitable time for both parties to meet for an initial consultation at your home. This is free of charge and on average lasts about 45 minutes. At this meeting we will discuss any requirements that your pet/s have including any oral medication or insulin injections that they may need, record information about them, contact details for yourselves (we DO NOT pass any information to a 3rd party), and of course get to meet the important ones in all this ... your pets. This is also your opportunity to view our recommendations, our police check and qualification certificates and certificate of insurance should you so wish. We also have permission from several of our existing clients for prospective clients to call them to validate the recommendation.

THAT'S IT! You can then relax knowing that your pets are in safe, professional, qualified hands and that they will be cared for as if they were our own.

It may be useful for you to know that as our committment to you, our clients,

our vans are NOT permanently signwritten, so you can relax away on holiday knowing that your animals are being loved and cared for and your house is not being the subject of unwanted attention.
